Digital product and usage

The current ₹299 BizBloom Business Starter Pack includes downloadable templates and files, not physical goods. Purchasers may adapt the supplied templates for their own business, but may not redistribute or resell the unmodified files or the pack as a standalone product without permission.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is on Instamojo, which currently displays our earlier BizBloom Kits store branding and may display the seller's verified legal name. Before paying, check the product, price and payee details. Instamojo is configured for hosted digital delivery; a successful end-to-end purchase and download has not yet been independently verified. If a download is unavailable, contact support with the order reference.

Refunds and problems

If purchased files are inaccessible, defective, or materially different from their description, email bizbloomkits@agentmail.to with your order reference and a summary of the problem. We will investigate and offer a working file, other appropriate remedy or refund in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider policies. Other requests are considered individually. This policy does not remove statutory consumer rights.

Our templates and free tools are practical aids only. They do not guarantee sales, business earnings, tax accuracy or legal compliance, and are not professional financial, accounting or legal advice.
